About us

Together We Grow Support Ltd started with a simple idea:
everyone deserves a place where they feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely welcome.

We’re Hayley and James, and we created Together We Grow because we wanted to offer something that didn’t feel clinical or rushed. Not just a service, but a space where adults with additional support needs can spend their day in a way that suits them.

Our days are shaped by the people who come through the door. Some days that means relaxed arts and crafts, quiet chats over a cuppa, or time to unwind. Other days it’s getting out into the community, trying something new, or sharing a lot of laughs along the way.

There’s no pressure here and no one-size-fits-all approach. Everyone is supported at their own pace, in a way that feels safe, positive, and meaningful to them.

Whether someone joins us for a short visit or becomes part of our regular community, they’ll always be met with kindness, patience, and a genuine smile.
