(Founder & Director)
Hayley is the heart behind Together We Grow. With over a decade of experience in adult support and community work, she’s built a space where people feel safe, respected, and part of something special.

Known for her calm, kind approach, she brings structure and creativity to every day. Whether she’s baking treats or guiding someone through a new experience, Hayley’s focus is always on making people feel proud of who they are.

James
(Co-founder)
James is the energy behind the scenes. With a background in community work and a real knack for creative problem-solving, he brings fresh ideas and keeps the day-to-day running smoothly.

Whether he’s sorting out activity plans or sparking a laugh, James helps make sure everyone feels welcomed, involved, and at ease. He’s a hands-on co-director who believes in doing things differently — sleeves rolled up and heart wide open.

Our team

Katie (Left)- Once started as a client of ours quickly developed a more helpful role within her group. She would always make sure everyone is ok and always helped the staff so much so that we offered her a job. You will see Katie dotting about on a Thursday up at our Fraserburgh branch in Cairnbulg

Kim (Middle)- Has been with us since the very start and always makes the effort. She is very focused and driven when it comes to our service and always goes above and beyond for anyone within our 4 walls. You will find Kim at our Turriff branch most days.

Wendy (Right)- Wendy has taken on the main role up in Cairnbulg. She comes to us with a wealth of experience in this industry working in multiple respectable local ASN centered companies before ours. She is the main face of Together we grow at our Cairnbulg site.

Sarra- Is our volunteer that helps Wendy and Katie. She plays a big role in our Cairnbulg site supporting the individuals and helps run things smoothly. She has a vast knowledge of experience within the ASN community with unique clubs, groups etc.
